Mr. Carlos García Flores, who has been working in Puerto Rico’s health insurance field for the past 25 years, founded Carlos García Flores Health Insurance General Agency, in 1998.

The agency is organized under the Puerto Rico Health Insurance Code dispositions, and distributes disability polices, including the agency’s area of expertise, health insurance plan policies.
